A mild January has meant
different things for different people. For the kids, no snow days, for commuters, less hassles and for most of us lower heating
bills. For the neighbors among us who are struggling it could mean they can get through one more day, week, month with that
leaky roof. For them, a mild January means that ABWKs, which usually can't be done in frigid January weather, are going strong.
