VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Do
you have 3 hours a week to spare? Are you interested in volunteering for a great non-profit organization?
If the answer is yes, then we have just the place for you!
Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity's Restore is looking for volunteers for
the following areas:
- Assisting customers - Monday through Saturday - shifts are either 10 am - 1pm or 1pm - 4 pm
- Warehouse Help - Any shift Monday through Saturday

What is the ReStore?
The ReStore is a thrift shop operated by Northern Ocean Habitat for
Humanity since 2001. We specialize in gently used furniture, household items, giftware and appliances. We also have a large
selection of lighting fixtures.
How Does it Work?
The ReStore operates on the generous donations from members our community. Our dedicated volunteers and staff pick up the donated items, then sort, price and sell the items to the general public. All profits from the ReStore go torwards building decent, affordable housing for people in our area.

How You Can Help!
Volunteer: The ReStore is looking for friendly, energetic volunteers to assist with ReStore operations. Duties include assisting customers, answering calls, sorting, cleaning and displaying merchandise. ReStore volunteers must commit to one three-hour shift a week. If you have items you'd like to donate, please read the requirements below and call the ReStore at 732-818-9500 to arrange a drop off time or schedule a free pick-up of larger items. And remember....By donating gently used furniture and household items to The ReStore you become part of the solution to reducing landfills in your backyard while giving families the opportunity for first-time home ownership.
