Northern Ocean Habitat Receives Donated Land from Karras Estate

BERKELEY, N.J. –  Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity expresses sincere thanks and gratitude to Theodore Karras who bequeathed several parcels of land to the housing nonprofit. At one time, Mr. Karras was a resident of Lakewood and Manchester Townships. Northern Ocean Habitat is pleased to announce that our 2019 partner family will have their Habitat home built one of the lots, located on Elizabeth Avenue in the Pinewald section of Bayville, New Jersey.
